Odd title I know but does this ring a bell with anyone? A clear pulsing/vibration in the gooch is how I'd describe it.

This is one of those things I've very occasionally noticed for as long as I can remember (I'm 30), absolutely nothing new and it doesn't occur often. Only lasts for tens of seconds.

There's not a huge amount I can find on it although this did crop up and sounds similar-

Had never really given it any thought as 1. it only happens briefly when it does happen and 2. if it was anything of concern it'd have amounted to something in the past god knows how many years.

However, my dad was diagnosed with prostate cancer in the summer so when it did occur for the first time after that, it did make me think 'wait a minute, how normal is that actually?'

I've had prostate cancer, and it was totally out of the blue.

No feelings or sensations, just a PSA test (read blood) to confirm.

HTH.

Exactly what it feels like, an odd one to have though?

Ditto, found mine through a routine blood test

To be clear, I wasn't getting at cancer, just that my dad's prostate cancer did make me focus in on if this was an issue.

When I said I've noticed it (very occasionally) for as long as I can remember, it wasn't just a figure of speech for the last few years.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? (Excuse the pun).
