Is anyone knowledgeable about this kind of thing?

I have been hearing what i assumed to be paranoid ramblings of lunatics for ages but not really looked into it for myself. I just watched this video and it certainly raises a few concerns.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBpZFqR6Qzk&fb...
If the contents of this video are only half true, surely the health implications FAR outway any potential benefit to the end user?

(Mods, this post is about health. It is not news, politics and economics).

They trialed 5G at Glasto. I guess that's why most of the acts sucked.

Mobile phone radiation doesn’t cause health problems, and I doubt that 5G would either.

The key point is that not all electromagnetic waves or “radiation” is the same. Just because some waves are dangerous, doesn’t mean all are. Some plant leaves are poisonous too, but doesn’t mean that eating lettuce will kill you...

The key distinction is between high-frequency “ionising” radiation involving high-energy photons, which can cause DNA damage and is therefore a risk to health (eg UV, Xrays), and lower-frequency waves (eg radio frequency, visible light) which are low energy and non-ionising, and pass straight past or through us with no effect at all.

Mobile phones use fundamentally low energy waves, and so aren’t any more harmful than the light off your desk lamp, or broadcast radio or TV waves. If you think about it, given the massive and rapid growth in number and use of phones in the last 20 years, if they had any health effect at all it would stand out a mile. The fact that we don’t see a corresponding rapid growth in cancer is strong proof of the lack of an issue.

Of course, there will be those that believe all radiation is bad (in which case, you’d better start avoiding visible light, as that’s electromagnetic radiation too), and that the lack of evidence is proof of a conspiracy or cover-up. Not much you can say to disprove that viewpoint.

I'm not an expert but I reckon 5G is 25% (or possibly 20%) worse than 4G

And the electricity in America is much safer at 110V than ours at 240V

Also see amplifiers that go up to 11 smile

The video seems to mostly be about freedom and privacy rather than health (as fa as I bothered watching) and that's been true of all technology for a while now

My wife thinks that 5G is bad for you and also in chem trails from aeroplanes. Yes I know.

I've seen that video and the creators must have been positively orgasmic when they joined the two: The chem trails are spraying us with particles that will be used by 5G to trace us. I almost threw something at the monitor.

I have now just come across this guy who says he is a 'tower climber' installing 5G and he seems to be quite specific about what the increased health risks are between 4G and 5G. It is all greek to me but he seems quite convincing (to someone like me with no technical knowledge!).
My first thought though was that if he is who he says he is, would he not be jeopardizing his job by going public..

The video’s are correct OP - 5G is very dangerous but thankfully we have people who are willing to speak out about it.

I have managed to source some magic beans which will protect you from the negative effects of 5G. They also help protect people from the dangers of vaccines and enable you to see which members of the illuminati really are shape-shifting reptilian overlords.

How many can I put you down for?

Grief. These guys have actually created some (albeit very amateur) fake scientific papers to support their claims. Sad that there are still Snake Oil salesmen around, and even sadder they can convince enough people to make it worth their while. If ever there was a case for giving everyone a decent science education, it’s crap like this.

But "each DOT is pre-programmed with a mix of highly coherent natural frequencies"

Take my money!!

Genuinely baffles me how people think chemtrails are a thing. About the worst thing to come out of a plane is lead, as they still use leaded fuel. That's it.

As already said it is non ionizing radiation

Engines give you cancer (fumes)
Sunlight gives you cancer
Red meat gives you cancer
What most buildings are built of can give you a delayed horrid death (asbestos)

etc etc

I wouldn't worry about phone masts

I think one of the main lroblems for 5G is the range: measured in meters rather than KM, and wont go through more then 1 solid wall. Base station every alternate lamp post??

Eh? What the fk does he know about the health effects (none) of the thing he is being paid to bolt to a tower. Hardly qualified by any stretch.
Anyone can be convincing to someone who knows not what they are talking about. I have worked in IT for 20 years, baffling people with science is what keeps us all sane. fk something up, blame some acronyms and technical sounding words, no one knows.

Find some actual research, by proper qualified people, published and peer reviewed that shows its dangerous and I will begin to believe it. But the guy above is up there with flat earths, anti vaxers and chem trail enthusiasts

Are you just guessing that he doesnt know what he is talking about, or do you have an understanding of the tech he is talking about?

I already admitted I certainly dont!

I am not sure what he would have to gain by just spouting a load of st, but maybe he is writing a book, or making money off you tube hits !

Or maybe he actually does understand the tech and is voicing real concerns.

The first video i posted provided quite a lot of 'info' (maybe disinformation) on why it might be hard to find peer reviewed studies on the subject and as usual the reason is big buisiness pulling the strings. Out of interest did you watch any of it?

The woods are full of 'em, you know that. The internet's major failing is that it's given "bloke down the pub" access to a global audience for the bks he spouts.
