Private health insurance

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes..

I am looking to take out a private health policy, I need one which will cover a pre-existing problem rather than excluding it?
I have had a brief look on the popular sites but no luck at all, cay anyone recommend a company which will cover me.

Pre-existing problem is to do with my tonsils, might potentially need them out in the future and want to be covered in case it happens this/next year but I was seen my my GP about 6 months a go which seems to be causing the problem.

We insure via work with AXA PPP including medical history disregard which sounds like what you want.

It does cost though, I'm mid thirties and my annual premium is something like £1,100

You have no chance trying to find an individual policy that covers pre-existing conditions.

As above some employers have a medical history disregarded scheme but not many and they tend to be the larger ones.
