Lump Inside Earlobe

Got a little lump inside my ear. I guess it's a spot or something and I am tempted to lance it. Should I? Feels like a little ball.

How long has it been there?

I had something very similar a few weeks ago just next to my earlobe, sort of where the lobe joins the neck behind my jaw bone.

I, always being scared witless of these kind of things thought I'd be dead within weeks, was worried, but it disappeared completely in a few days.

Maybe a gland sorting out a potential infection or something? Plenty going around at the moment.

I had the same thing, and had to have it lanced. Antibiotics will sort it if it's small, but if it gets too big, then the docs will lance it.
