PH Dentists - Wisdom tooth out, no hole?

I know, another thread about wisdom teeth..

I had my lower right tooth out in hospital 30 hours ago, didn't take long, didn't bleed after leaving and I haven't needed pain killers... but, should I expect to see a clot filled hole? I do have a hole, well I say hole but it's almost completely closed. So much so that it almost looks like I never even had a tooth there! I have a very slight dull ache, nothing that needs pain killers though. No swelling on my cheek.

So, is it just that my gum is swollen?

Might have been a small wisdom with a single conical, small root. Sometimes the gum can fold in over the socket and hide it too. If it doesn't hurt too much I should just forget about it.
