which is the best fish oil tablet

been reading a lot about fish oil tablets and really confused on which ones are the best? can any one shed any light on this from who actually know what they are talking about?

Best? One with fish oil in it. Just buy stuff with omega 3. The rest you can get from seeds which you can throw in salad. In fact, just eat oily fish eg tuna, salmon. It's better than tablets. So the real thing is "best".

my understanding is that the typical western diet has more than enough 6 and 9 in it already, but is lacking in 3. i used to swallow the capsules but now find it easier just to have a tablespoon of this a day, not a bad taste at all if you wash it down with a drink.
