eBay. Getting my money back.

After weeks of chasing a seller who sent me damaged good I have decided enough is enough. They do reply to messages but don't seem to want to sort the issue out. They keep fobbing me off with the 'I have opened a claim with the postage company'. This has been ongoing for around 6 weeks.

This morning I decided that enough is enough and sent an e-mail asking for an address to return the goods to for a full refund.

I have a feeling that this less than helpful seller will claim to have not received it or straight up refuse me my money back.

How do I stand with eBay and PayPal and ultimately what are my chances of seeing my cash again.

It is to a value of around £80.
