Just had a phone call from a mate, he did some Christmas shopping on Amazon as I suspect a lot of us do, last week had what he thought was junk email "you've won a prize etc". Deleted it, not a 2nd thought. Today he got a phone call saying we've not heard from you, have you checked your emails? You've won a new Fiesta 1.2 Zetec, we'll deliver it 1st week of January.

Not a bad christmas suprise.

That.

Google amazon christmas prize draw and you'll find nothing about a car. You'd think they'd advertise it if they were giving away a fiesta to a lucky customer.

I don't think so, they asked for nothing. Just told him the details of the car, confirmed his address and that it was ok to deliver the car to him.

I had something similar happen but not on such a grand scale, I got a call saying I had won an iPad, I thought it was a scam but a few days later I received one in the post. This happened a couple of weeks ago and I still don't know what competition I entered, as I don't enter any!
