I am selling a set of alloys with tyres (this is not the advert!!) and have had an enquiry from someone in N Ireland. Can anyone suggest a good courier company for transport and give any indication of what it might cost. A can be flexible on collectiuon date and I am sure it won't matter if the delivery takes a few days.

I'm from Northern Ireland.. I use http://www.senditnow.com when sending/receiving wheels, wrap the alloys in pairs.. So pay to send 2 parcels, they have 30kg max weight per parcel.. But they dont actually weigh them, it's just if the driver can manage them I think.

It'll work out around <£25 for both parcels (all 4 alloys/wheels). It's done by Parcelforce, so they'll collect them from you (You can specify for the driver to bring the postage labels) and bring them to their house.. If they're not at home they'll leave them at a local post office (Which is handy).

You can pay extra for next day, and next day before 12.. But it's still less than £25 for the alloys.

Hope this helps.
