Alternatives to ebay?

Got some laptops that I need to sell in the next couple of weeks, all second hand, is there somewhere else that has a decent traffic rate to sell them on?

As Ebay charges and such have gotten a bit silly, and I am all too aware (thanks to shadowninja) of the various scams out there now, and it does seem the buyer is overprotected..

James, I have bought 11 laptops from a friend of mine, varying age etc (all xp machines), they all run fine with chargers.

I did try ebid, but there is not a lot of people there and some joker actually offered me £10 for a £350 laptop

Problem with 2nd hand lappies now is that 200 odd quid will buy you a decent Netbook.

If you're after a second machine to back up a desktop or so you can carry it around without worrying, why buy a 2nd hand notebook for the same sort of money?

Tis true, but they seem to fetch decent money, and even if I sold them all for £50 each I would turn a profit.
