another (quick) ebay non paying question?

I sold an item on ebay sunday and the person that won it has zero feedback. Ive heard nothing from them at all as regards to paying for the item and they have answred non of my emails or calls. The item ended saturday night.

If i give it a second chance offer to the next person, can the first person that didn't pay for it still leave me negative feedback?

Cheers mate, im just annoyed cos its a ticket for an event which my mate cant come to and its on the 6th june! I hate selling stuff to people with zero feedback!!
