Goldfish credit card - overseas cancellation number

My mum has just had her purse snatched in Spain and can't get through to Goldfish to cancel her card. I have tried a few numbers from the web but they ring out.

Can anyone with a Goldfish card give the overseas lost/stolen number ?

just looked on the website, says this one for calling from abroad

Tip: when in a supermarket car park, and someone bangs on the window pointing at the front of the car shouting "your car! your car!" .. an accomplice is no doubt crouching down by the passenger door waiting for you to unlock the car, get out and not notice your wallet get stolen .. :S
