Anybody given it a shot? It's pretty effective at showing you how much you miss when your using your phone when driving.

That's good. I was one out on the driving score (if I print my score, everyone will know what to answer!) and I didn't see the 'unusual' thing at all.

I agree that hands-free is as dangerous as holding a phone. I have sometimes been on the phone (hands-free) for an hour whilst driving, ended the call, and not been able to remember anything of the drive whilst I was talking.

Well i didn't answer 4 questions but i got the total correct. It does show concentration loss but you don't need to the extent of what colour t shirt people are wearing rolleyes What was with the people in bear costumes? If things like that were happening when driving down the road i'd be more interested to know whether drink or drugs were used.

I missed eight questions and guessed the number of t-shirts at the end, I did spot the unusual thing though.

I reckon its a bit bks.
I took it and missed 8 questions and got the number wrong by 2.

So I did it again....ignored the pedestrians and just answered the questions.
It still said I missed 8.

You have to pres the space bar just after she finishes talking, then "you" respond - its not bks

It is bks. Who drives along trying to count yellow or red T-shirts ?
In that situation, in reality, you'd just see people crossing and slow down. Then you'd see that 'unusual' thing.

what a load of toss, I dont EVER recall needing to keep a running score based on the colour clothes pedestrians are wearing.

Last time I checked not running them over was good enough.

Phone in hand is bad, it should be on the wheel. When pootling about I see no reason why a hands free kit cant be used.

If it REALLY is that dangerous then all cars should have no radio, sat nav, and should all be single seat.

Should I be worried that I initially thought the score thing was gonna be based on how many you hit? i.e. aim for the red ones sillytank

One out on the score, got the unusual thing but missed eight questions.

Not surprised really, I already knew that it's the conversation that is the problem with mobile phones in cars, not whether it's hand-held or not.

Really? is chatting to a passenger also dangerous?

Oddly I've probably had the best part of 10 accidents that were all my fault, every single one was when I was in the car on my own!

Talking to yourself is no excuse for having an accident!

With that kind of driving history, is it any wonder no-one's ever in the car with you? biggrin

Perhaps you should think about getting a passenger then........

Yep, 'missed' 8 questions, even when only concentrating on the call... Tried just 'definite' questions, then all implied - still the same; bks!!

I missed 8 questions, but got the total right and saw the grey beast. I'm sure there were only about 8 Q's in total so either my attention span is ste or there was an error?

Is that POS rigged to not recognise the spacebar being hit or something?!

Got the number right, saw the thing and then they have the downright cheek to say "some people don't see it, others see it cos they're not concentrating on the questions or the pedestrians". fk off, some of us can handle multi-tasking: I changed 4 cds, rolled and sparked up 3 "medicinal" ciggies, had a pack of Quavers and got the A-Z out of the boot as I was doing that test.

wkers.
