Quick story, Bought a pair of jeans which fitted perfectly but after wearing them for about 2 days they had 'worn in', so much so that they were sliding off my arse.

So, figuring they were too big for me I took them back and exchanged them for the next size down (without trying them on).

You've guessed it, they're too small. Simple answer is to wear them in like the last pair, but they're too bloody uncomfortable and it doesnt seem to be working anyway. If I could get an extra inch on the waist they'd be ok.

Can't really take them back a second time.

Any ideas?

Does exactly what it says on the tin - some trousers are sold with these on (if you're like me and ask to keep the hanger)

There's also a version (possibly better for your application) where the ends are inside before you 'ratchet' the hanger out as far as you need it.

Put the jeans on and do a few squats, knee lifts etc, that should help stretch them, it worked for me with my last pair of jeans smile

I have cut back on the pies! but thats not the reason they dont fit!

I've dampend the waist band, and streched them to fit around an old picture frame. That should hold in place overnight & hopefully do the trick!

They will fit better if you don't wear knickers underneath.

I do hope so, because after the pebbles thread and the living room thread, I'm starting to feel an invasion is imminent.

No, I'm just a bloke trying to avoid returning his jeans for the 2nd time.
