Not only are they searching his house, but it's now been revealed that they have a warrant for his arrest.

It's been a long time coming but knowing what I know it's no surprise (shame Louis Theroux didn't get to interview him!)

He's going to be arrested.

They found drugs and stuff at his house.

They found Class A's, Class B's and half of class 3C...

Police planning to arrest Jacko

Police are planning to arrest Michael Jackson, but have failed to do so because he has been away from his California ranch.

The raid by 70 officers on Tuesday came after a 12 or 13-year-old boy complained of sexual abuse.

The 45-year-old singer was not at his 2,700-acre Neverland ranch but was in Las Vegas with his three children.

Officers then spent hours searching the property which includes a zoo and amusement park.

CourtTV reporter Diane Dimond, who was at the scene, said police had both arrest and search warrants.

Jackson family lawyer Brian Oxman said: "Obviously, an arrest warrant causes a serious concern, and we're very disturbed that there would be an arrest warrant out there.

"Michael is not someone who is going to flee the scene," he added.

US reports said the boy's allegations were revealed during therapy, which he started several months ago.

Under California law, if a therapist "knows or reasonably suspects" abuse, he must report it to authorities.

Reporter Dimond said the boy and his family are not interested in money and that they indicated they plan to go to trial.

The alleged molestation occurred two months ago, the Los Angeles Times reported.

"There is nobody who wants a monetary settlement here," Dimond told CNN's Larry King. "They want justice."

Any adult that wants to spend time in the company of 13 year olds is definitely a bit weird.

BTW...if my kids are reading this - daddy's joking

To cut a long story short, my brother is a child psychologist for the LAPD - he was the one who looked after Jordan Chandler, the 14 year old who brought child abuse charges against MJ in 1993.

Ah... family connections...

How come I don't believe this? MJ is wierd no doubt about it and no surprise either, poor bastard has not had a 'normal' live and has never had a childhood, don't think that makes him a kiddy fiddler though more of a kid in a grown ups body

One thing that a lot of people seem to ignore is that, IIRC, Michael Jackson was abused by his father when very young, which does seem to explain a lot.

He's just mad - he's no kiddie fiddler, just enjoys doing what kids do, cos he never did.

However - if he's playing "show me your's" then he's in deep!

Even if Micheal jackson wasn't a paedophile, ( i have to say I wasnt convinced he was), if he gets done again, then it his own fault.

Did he not learn his lesson last time??
He seems to be leaving himself open to this sort of allegation.
You would expect someone like him might have the intelligence to stop inviting kids into his home, or to ensure they were all chaparoned.

What a prat.

That's what I meant, never mentioned sex, but his 'desire' to 'care' for children could be some kind of twisted over-compensation.

Hope this isn't another reawakened "supressed" memory of events that never actually happened.

Totally agree.

You get these accusations aimed at you, you then settle out of court.

What's the next thing you do?
Invite more kids around into your bedroom.
This guy is a complete idiot.

I hear at the moment there are multiple counts and unlike the previous allegations, there has been no civil case launched.
