Are there still places online where you can send SMS messages for free? Anyone know of a reliable one if there is please?

first one i tried just sent a sms to my orange phone

o2.co.uk you have to sign up but then you get 10 messages a month and they are more reliable then CBFSMS.

Thanks, I'd spotted that one but it also had details of paying, it's for a mate in Oz, texts are, erm expensive to there!
