2)THink to yourself "I agree with that. Ive nothing more to add so I won't bother posting"

EIther are equally acceptable. Either express your agreement to verify thier opinion or don't.

WHat is not acceptable, and is in fact downright moronic is to quote them and type "+1"

It is a fking ludicrous thing to do. Totally meaningless. YOu cannot add a number to words. Maths doesnt work like that.
