I am pretty confident for two reasons.

1. I have two of them who visit my garden a lot
2. I have video footage one pecking away at a tree (and the ground)...

Seeing as you all performed so well with the last bit of bird identification I thought I'd test you with this one!



It's painted on the wall of the venue of my upcoming wedding and we're wondering if it's a real bird or just one that's been made up for the painting...

I think it is a bird of paradise, there are 1000's I think. Some with the most beautiful feathers, some with strange collars.
