I actually saw someone in a tin foil hat

out at the shops yesterday , theres a oddly dressed woman with a paint sprayers respirator on , the ones with 2 canisters on it , so i look a bit closer and shes got a tin foil hat on under another hat

Was she mid 'having her hair done'? They use foil when colouring hair.

Out in the street whilst waiting for dye to take = height of council, but might be a logical explanation. Might also have a terminal illness by the sounds of it.

Or just batst crazy and all your assumptions were correct.

no didnt appear to be mid hair dye , the paint respirator kinda made her stand out as unusual
