I recently bought some shirts from thomas pink after not using them for a few years (in the late 2010s the quality dipped a lot and then they went bust, but they relaunched a couple of years ago), and was really happy with the product. I returned some unneeded items as they were the wrong size, and this was like 6 weeks ago - still no refund. They don't respond to emails, support web form messages, social media posts, nothing.

I had to do a section 75 which i didn't want to have to do...

i can see their trustpilot review level is really in the stter, so this is clearly hitting other customers too.

anyone have any insight or have they been in the same position and got it resolved somehow?

Shame, used to really like their stuff. It went down the toilet and the IP and name was bought up by some former JD Sports exec. It was turned into an online only place and would guess it became a pile it high sell it cheap affair hoping the name would carry it. Its accounts don't look great on companies house

Would say the usual way to get a companies attention when they don't respond is contact their social media team, but that looks like its hardly updated any more.

They still have a shop in Jermyn St. I was in there earlier this year.
Agree the shirts don't seem to be of quite the same quality as in years past. I have some white Black Label shirts still in great condition from the 90's.
Buggers to iron though and plain white so very rarely worn now.

I acquired a few of their shirts about 4-5 years ago and and though they weren't as I'd remembered them, they were certainly a substantial step up from Tyrwhitts.
Not dealt with them online at all.
