Not really a legal question, more if anyone has been through the same.

Short story...
Me and my sons mum split up 3.5 years ago. He has stayed with me ever since. At the time of the split up i gave up work to care for him and also i knew i couldn't afford the legal fees to fight her.
After 2.5 years i got the paper work for residance order.
This was after 6 moths of no court dates or cases i need to be involed in.
At the start i had to provide bank statments and saving etc just to apply for legal aid. Also had to pay near £500 just for aplication. But as soon as i got UC it got passed straight away.

Now after 3.5 years his mum wants to try change the court order of no contact. Me still being on UC between jobs and caring for him i was awarded legal aid.
I have since started working at my old work again as he is old enought now. But will this effect my legal aid going forward?

So question is. If u get accepted legal aid for a case. Does it stop if u start working?

Eta- i work at a motor factors so not earning millions. Also need to pay house n feed bairn etc. So no extra money for legal fees.
