Pah: 17,183mph winds round here all day today and tomorrow. Apparently though at midnight tomorrow it's predicted to drop to a mere 115mph before dropping further to 3mph at 1:00am.

With sustained 5000mph winds predicted all day I'm considering putting the wheelie bin inside the garage.

Someone has stuck the BBC's anemometers on Neptune for a laugh.

It'll take more than a wheelie bin to to weigh your garage down.

Apparently there is a hurricane where I am, ITV Good Morning Britain were having a dig.

Is Michael Fish haunting the BBC weather forecasting system?

Strong winds and hail storms here in Brisbane.
A high of 23C today meant I thought about long sleeves for work but I toughed it out.
Apparently 25C tomorrow and 27/28C over weekend so I'll be OK.

Not just the app, the weather on the website is also wrong.

16247mph wind forecast in the next hour here in NE Wales, feels pretty calm at the moment. Mach 24 wind speeds, hoping that loose roof tile will hang on until I get round to fixing it.

Geddon, really? You mean we're not having 15,000mph winds and 400 degree temperatures? I was getting a bit worried about my garden furniture surviving for a moment there.

The bin men have just moved my bin. I hope it isn't blown away in the 5,000 mph winds.
