Is it just me or has everyone’s FYP suddenly (today) started to be full of nudes and disgusting stuff???

I’ve had to block it from my kids phones until I find out what’s going on!!

TikTok is full of tards but there is a lot of interesting stuff and once you swipe past the durg it is useful. Although that annoying Supercar Bimbo keeps popping up. Nope, go away.

Perhaps swipe away quicker, rather than swiping back for a second loon ;-)

As a language learner TikTok is great as I’m getting stuff popping up in the languages I am learning. Lots of irritating stuff too though.

Male adults using TikTok? My kids (13 - 24) all use it, I can see how the content fits their demographic, but male adults? What's the attraction?

Same with anything - information and entertainment. Like TV, what kids watch isn't what adults watch.

The more wide reaching question as to its attraction is the short-form content. You don't have to invest any significant amount of time in a single thing.

I've been building my own patio over the past two months and have found some of the content exceptionally useful - quick tips and the like, sometimes feeding into You Tube tutorials that I wouldn't have found otherwise.
