I have what I believe to be a pattern 1853 Enfield musket, it takes up space and I need to get rid, but where? I’d love to pop it on eBay or FB marketplace but I’m not sure they’d allow it, even though it’s an obsolete calibre and as far as a I know can be bought and sold license free.

Does anyone know anything about this kind of thing? Is there an ‘eBay for old guns’ that I’m not aware of smile

I would never ever use GT ever again after they leaked (or were hacked or whatever) and everyone's home addresses were published online.

You could try auctioning through Holts

Holts Auctioneers

I've only bought rather than sold with them, so no idea what their fees are like.
