Last night I had rice pudding without a spoonful of jam. No jam.

I was very brave.

My second wife invited me to say something nice about my first wife. So I did.

I was very brave.

This morning I entered a toilet cubicle at work and continued to do my business whilst being fully aware there was only enough paper for a "normal" sitting, leaving zero contingency in case of a "messier" eventuality.

I was very brave.

As I was away on a course Tuesday night I asked the wife to put the bins out. She forgot.
I mentioned it in passing when I got home.

I was very brave.

I told my other half her bum looked big in this.

That is exceptionally brave.

As it turned out it was also exceptionally stupid.

I posted about a new crypto/blockchain project in the Crypto Currency Thread and refused to back down, which caused great offence!

I anticipate a Bravery Certificate is on the way.

What was it? Something along these lines?

"Well, there are so many memories that spring to mind, but if I had to whittle it down to two I'd choose perfect ass and impecable gag-reflex control".

Try asking her if her jeans have shrunk next time you’re walking behind her up the stairs.

When invited by my second wife to say something nice about my first wife I said she was quite a good driver. There was a silence, followed immediately by a longer silence that rolled straight into an even longer silence.

"What?" I asked.
"You said I'm not a good driver."

bowtie

Aye thang yo. Brave but confused.

Went to hospital recently for a needle aponeurotomy to my hand.
There is a degree of discomfort involved as the surgeon needs your nerves awake to give feedback.

Anyway, hand on the slab, looking at the ceiling, and I feel the needle, and flinch, writhe, and let out a yelp.

Surgeon: I haven't inserted the needle yet!

I was brave...

That's not so brave, I did that on Sunday morning and when I returned home my wife asked if I we could go out for Sunday lunch.
I unlimped my wrists and said no, I was going to work on the motorbike in the garage all day, now that's heroic.

Cripes! Really living on the edge there...

Remember what they say in the Army. There are old soldiers. There are bold soldiers. But there are not many old, bold soldiers.

I held on like a Pro Bull Rider and was very brave indeed.

I told my wife i had done that and her exact words were
If you do that to me, don't bother letting me get up again because you WILL regret it sunshine.
I am not that brave paperbag

We won’t know if we are middle aged right now until we snuff it.
