What's happened to it?
I live in the North West of England, here we are, July 1st, it's cold a raining hard outside.
I reckon there has been no more than six or seven nice warm dry days all through April/May/June.
Come back 1976.
And how many nice days since June 28th 2023 (when the weather broke after last years heatwave). We’ve had, bar the odd day, basically a year of non-stop rain. I live in the North West of England, here we are, July 1st, it's cold a raining hard outside.

However we will be told it’s record breaking hot, and despite the UKs insignificant emissions that we should just pay more tax. That’ll fix it.

We happen to not be.
Doesn’t mean it isn’t happening elsewhere. It may do one day to us.

A staggering amount of places around the world are absolutely smashing through their historic all time heat records every day at the moment.
"historic all time heat records" LolRecords that only go back 160 (or whatever) years are an entirely pointless yardstick given the age of the planet. In fact such claims are pointless given the timeframe of just human life on the planet.

If you disagree with the worlds scientists then go write a paper and get it published.
