A fairly decent mid 20s here on Lake Garda today. Had a bit of a thunderstorm later in the afternoon, too.

According to The Herald, snow did fall yesterday up here in the Cairngorms.

Thankfully we had another lovely sunny day on the eastern edge of the mountains, and blue skies this morning for us.

Today's temps, a high of 15 and low of 8...a lovely British summer.

Dont worry, the Met Office and BBC will be along soon to tell us we've had the warmest spring on record!

I was woken up this morning at 4am with what sounded like hail stones hitting my bedroom window. Sweltering in the current 10 degrees but thankfully there is heavy rain frequently to cool me down smile

Finally got my dog out for a “lunchtime” walk at 3pm. Crossed over the field then got hailed on so made a quick return home. East Lothian.

Another night of heating the duvet with the hairdryer. Chuffing chilly tonight.

The electric blanket is the answer… mine on right now dispelling the slight chill.
Hail whitened the 9th green this evening… Just like March, and the forecast for the next week not getting much warmer.

A decent frost this morning in inland parts of Aberdeenshire - not that unusual but it has been pretty chilly for June! Quite impressive really considering it's only dark for a few hours at this time of year.

Arrived in to Brussels last night and it was about 18 degrees. I think I was the only person not in a coat hehe

Looking at the next 5 days, neither high or low pressure in charge - so a mixed bag. Not good, not wet and windy.

I’m loving the long days! This time last year we were in Lewis / Harris and it was something like 23 degrees all week. It was our first experience of ‘daylight’ through the night. The sunset just took hours to fade and the skies just stayed a mid to dark grey. Played with our heads!

No frost here, probably a bit more sheltered in Aboyne. Out for a 1.5hr walk at 6am and I ended up boiling in my winter jacket!!!
