For a small fee, yes.

I don't really understand how witholding an identity became a thread tradition.

Oh, go on.

The teen heart breaker Georgina from Upstairs Downstairs, 70 now.

She also appeared noodie in the hallowed [ and sticky ]
pages of the vastly superior men's mag Mayfair.

She doesn't look bad for 70!
Old picture/lighting/touching up/makeup etc etc.

The above thread title is "guess" who has aged thread.

Guess" - "estimate or conclude (something) without sufficient information to be sure of being correct.
"she guessed the child's age at 14 or 15"

No participation awards for this thread people but if you don't know, you don't know. Google has the answer with a Right click.

The thread title can be read a number of ways.

I originally did not assume it was a kind of quiz. I assumed it was more along the lines of the way someone might say "Guess who I bumped into last night in the pub"... In other words, more an invitation to discuss rather than a straight question requiring us all to guess and guess.

I think a lot of people read the title this way and then get annoyed when the poster of the picture just walks away from the post without providing the answer.

At least the more recent addition of a clickable "reveal" improves matters, if someone remembers to provide one.

Bloody hell. He looks great. I'#m a bit younger than him but if you put photos of us together you'd think I was his grandfather.

Indeed. I always assumed it was as Eric described rather than for it to be taken literally.

I dunno she's 75, if I was a 75 year old bloke I'd not be ashamed to wake up next to her.

Nice use of words, and I think a compliment was the actual aim, but it's wrong on so many levels.

She was also in Ann of Green Gables and Secret Army.

Equally formative influence for me, too.

As a 75 year-old gentleman, may I say I'd be proud to have her on my arm.

There's nothing wrong on any level, I have no idea what your train of thought is though!

Clint still looks solid in other pics from this year.

Standing or walking appears to amp up the extreme old age, and the hobo look doesn't really help, but he's earned some casualness.
