Anyone doing Xordle yet? I find it quite entertaining...
Tried it this morning on the back of your post. Got first in three and the second in two more. Not really sure what I was doing though, just winging it.

Anyone playing Globle? Very good for learning about country locations.
And Heardle - pop music based and very addictive.

I'm not good at geography to know countries and distances, just gave Globle a go alongside Google Earth, and got it in 10 hehe

Got the 4 words in 6 rows, my first row was wrong. I think I know what's going on but I'll keep at it to get the hang of it

Struggled with Xordle today:

xordle #45 9/9
🟩⬛⬛⬛⬛
🟨⬛🟨⬛⬛
⬛🟩🟩⬛⬛
🟩🟩🟩⬛⬛
⬛🟩🟩🟩🟩
🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
🟩🟩🟨🟩🟨
🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
https://xordle.xyz/

4 lines from the bottom was interesting, all the letters in the right place but it was neither of the target words!

I got it in four. Getting 3 yellow vowels early helped.

I got the 3 vowels in two but as never heard of the correct word I tried other options and failed to get it.

I agree but as it’s in the dictionary I guess it’s legal.

I suppose that's the problem with an international app like this, you're going to occasionally get a word that's more common in some parts of the English speaking world than in others.

Yeah, you wouldn't be saying it's ridiculous if you were from the deep south USA!

I got it through what can only be described as pure luck. I had the vowels and managed to figure out where they probably went. Trial and error got the answer but I did ask myself is that actually a word?

Now you say that I have the song in my head despite thinking I’d never heard the word before !!

Geography term BAYOU yesterday. And another one today. Are they using an atlas to pick the words instead of a dictionary I wonder?
