When you see a white streak on the wing of your car and you go to rub it off but it's stubborn so you wet your finger with spit and it still doesn't come off so you pop your finger in your mouth to wet it and then it comes off but you notice another streak on the indicator and you move forward to look and see a massive bird st on your headlight.

Not me obviously.

As of today, Lorry drivers on the motorway. Why do you persist in tailgating cars? Idiots.

At what speed is it acceptable for an HGV to tailgate a car?

Dunno, that's what I'm asking.

The issue with HGVs tailgating usually is in 50 zones where there are temporary speed restrictions. These can often stretch for miles

It's only happened once but a lorry was right up my bum. I think It was a 40 zone too on the M25 and I was probably doing a little more.

It's not happened that much but it's scary when it does happen due to their sheer size

Tailgating is tailgating regardless of the speed.

Exactly, if a vehicle ahead is going more slowly than you desire, you overtake when safe and legal to do so. If it's impossible to do that, for whatever reason, then you adopt a safe following position until you can overtake. If the reason you can't overtake wouldn't prevent someone following you from overtaking then make additional space in between you and the vehicle in front. Yes it requires restraint and patience, too little of that seen these days.

The new glue together lager cans. I get the reasoning behind it and it is better than the crappy cardboard replacements for the plastic rings, but it is almost impossible to separate the cans. Tried today and it ripped the can open spraying lager all over.
Bitburger comes in a nice cardboard sleeve, and is lovely. beer

Have you always be prone to asking stupid questions, or is this a more recent occurrence?

Me this morning, I open the windows only to hear for at least half an hour (8.30-9am) prayer 'music' (i dont know what you call it) being blared through a PA /speaker system.
This really pissed me off as you could hear it all along the street and it came from somewhere about 1/4 of a mile away at a local community center, so could be heard from all directions for quite a distance.

Practice whatever faith you want, don't create a noise disturbance at 8am on a sunday morning. Keep it within whatever building you're using.

Church bells can go as well. There's usually more bells clanging away than people going to the church.
