Cook has prepared an iron-rich tea for yours truly.... apper ently, this is necessary to counter act the effects of post surgery malaise, and no mistake!

I must admit, it looks betterer than that there 'flat iron' steak I was presented at one of the NF's best restaurant's last eve! 1 (one) hundred squids, yer havin' a larf, mate! Even Barnfind, who will eat anything, struggled with it with his breakfast!!!!

Shocked, I is, albeit a wonderful place to visit....

Pork snitchzel for tea home made, with crispy cubed potatoes and courgette fried in welsh butter.

Picked ip my new glasses, which being a proper prescription take some getting used to.

Gave Asha a good run, she's now asleep on my leg

I wonder if the upper echelons of the Japanese Rugby Union have a WhatsApp group?

"Prease to brock Jones-san number immediatery"

Poor chap had the look of a fellow "considering his position ". Terrible to see how far Australian rugby has fallen, but well done Wales.
