I've seen quite a few like that, and advertising counterfeit money, on Instagram / Facebook..

Reported them, only to get the response a few weeks later of 'we investigated your report and didn't find anything wrong'

LOL that photo has been doing the rounds for years. I seem to remember the same one was posted last winter when it briefly dropped to -1C and there were criies that Fido must be kept inside until the ground warmed up. I bet the photo isn't a result of temperate at all, unless it jumped up on some bloke's BBQ one summer.

A sunny day, so the dog police are up to their usual tricks.

Absolute rot, but if you call these stupid people out on it, you get banned by the group’s equally stupid admins.

IIRC the photo is of a dog that was severely neglected in the US and left trapped on a roof in the sun.

my 2 are raw fed, one of them is a Wolf dog, his great grandparents or great great grandparents would of killed and eaten stuff.
I have a mini dachshund who is raw fed. Everywhere we go someone will always ask me if he's given oils etc for his coat because he's so shiny. It's just raw food and frozen whole sprats a few times a week. There is still a lot of raised eyebrows around it, but tbh I think it speaks for itself when you see a healthy, happy dog.

I'm fairly sure it was actually frostbite

Oh god, the dog people are even infecting this thread

Why do dog people thing everyone else gives a st? I’ve never known another group that spreads their important info so far and wide. Worse than parents. Shame they don’t pick up after themselves though, that aspect is mostly ignored

Been posted a few times on this thread IIRC. Here's the original story, and pics, from Feb 2019:

Yet never any concern when my dog practically roasts itself by the fire only moving to turn around and warm up her other side.

Came on to say a similar thing.
I’m always see these ‘burnt paws’ posts, but whenever I’ve walked my dog in hot weather, where the pavement is like hot Lava apparently, most of the walk is through a park with a tarmac path throughout and a vast expanse of grass either side. Guess where he chooses to walk?

Haha ! Same ! We have a nice road round the corner with a huge tree-lined grass verge where it is lovely and cool, but he'd rather walk on the tarmac in the sun.

The dogs in Turkey last summer during the European heatwave didn't seem to mind too much about the heat.

We live on a new build estate so have a management company sort out all the landscaping/grass cutting, so that's the regular moan on ours as everyone seems to think that for our £100 per year they should be recreating the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, or similar. The reality is it's not too bad, but at this time of year the grass obviously grows pretty quickly, so at the moment some of the areas are probably about 8-10 inches high. Apparently it's not fair on the kiddies as they can't play outside in case they get ticks rolleyes

Tell them the nonces hide in the long grass, like leopards, but in parkas.
