Very sad news. 45 is far too young, especially for her daughters losing their mother. About a decade ago I lost my neighbour. She had two young sons, had split with their dad, he'd had the boys with him for Christmas, and was returning them to her for Boxing Day. She'd spoken to the boys on the phone at their bedtime the night before, but when he let himself in (when she didn't answer the door) she was found dead in bed at the age of 46. It turned out that she had an undiagnosed congenital heart issue. The kids were then tested for the same issue and one was found to need treatment.

JPR Williams was my surgeon when I first damaged my knee.
Great sportsman, average doctor ! That was his own admission!
Turned out that he knew both of my games masters from when I was at a forces school abroad, they were both ex Wales international players. I went down the physio route rather than opt for surgery. My physio was the physio for the England rowing team.
JPR taken far too early.

In June 2019, Kottak said, "I wrote a new song.... 'Get out of My Kountry' ie: stay out of my space! We don't need anymore outsiders. We can't even fix the homeless problems?! When homeless problem is solved we take care everyone else..."[9] On October 15, 2019, Kottak went on Twitter and stated, "You know I am sick of every other commercial having inter racial couples...this is not reality. It is Hollywood shoving it down our throat. I don't have one friend or friends who live in this category...just saying".[10] On November 26, 2019, Kottak went on to say that "OK so the percentage of black Americans in the U.S. is about 13% so why are they represented 50 to 60% on all commercials? Just saying call me out if you have a reasonable argument?". A short time later, he added: "Maybe none of you have any balls to speak the truth?"

I'm not saying this to be 'edgy and aloof' but in the last 2 pages the only ones I've heard of are Beckenbauer and JPR Williams.

One of the things I most enjoy about these threads is hearing about interesting people I've never heard about, many of whom have made massive contributions to the world

I can absolutely see that. I'm certainly not trying to police the thread.

Maybe not noteworthy recently deceased to you, but certainly noteworthy to others.

Some mentions I certainly have never heard of and most certainly wouldn't be of interest. But one or two stir some dim and distant memory for which I am certainly grateful if it's because I then lose an hour or so going down various You Tube rabbit holes.

I'm not looking for an argument but the wife of a minor singer doesn't qualify for me.

But let's change the subject.
