Well, if you go to church on Sunday and pray really hard then God might reward you by knocking off an A-list celebrity.

French actress Anouk Aimee died two days ago. She was in La Dolce Vita, one of the best known films of the 1960's.

A great actor. Always demanded attention when on screen.

I hope he's up there, drinking wine and eating cheese, and catching some rays, you know.

Damn, that's a hard one. He was brilliant in every film he made but especially in one of my top 3 films - "Don't Look Now" RIP.

One of Donald Sutherland’s more unusual roles.
(I adore this song.)

A fine actor and what seems to have been a fine Gentleman.

He'll be cloud busting with Kate Bush on his way to Heaven.

Possibly the best actor to never even get an Oscar nomination

I'll remember him most for The Eagle has Landed, First Great Train Robbery, Forsaken (playing Kiefer's father), Kelly's Heroes and Ordinary People.

His part in JFK when he agrees to meet Jim Garrison always sticks in my mind, one of those moments when you see an actor just nailing a part effortlessly.
