After the administration, does anyone know who is anyone bought the IP/design rights etc?

I know tony leased the name. Did he retain the rights or was they sold off?

I'm pretty certain he kept all the IPR as a seperate entity. The auction was really just for the stuff left at the factory and there wasn't a lot of that.

He also compiled a photographic build manual so any purchaser in theory could replicate a complete build from the ground up.
