50th Anniversary event @ Prescott 14th - 16th August 2009

Thought I'd flag the 50th anniversary gubbins going on at Prescott later this year. There's a dedicated website at http://www.marcosrally.net/

Based on registered interest so far, this should be the biggest ever gathering of Marcos cars. Many European owners will be attending & allegedly one or two cars shipped over from the US.

Multiple threads on this on the Marcos Forum ( http://www.marcosforum.org ) & it's trailered on the two owners club sites as well of course.

Hopefully see you there (assuming the Mantis is running OK).

This anniversary event is looking outstanding with probably the largest ever collection of Marcos road and race cars in one place, plus some very rare and unique cars.

For some proper car porn get yourselves along to Prescott this Sunday, the weather is looking great and the views will be fantastic.

Fantastic weekend. Great weather Brilliant venues. The Prescott hill climb was an absolute blast.

The race teams from Europe and the UK were there. The Mantis XP was over from America and owners from all over Europe made an amazing effort to be there.

Over 140 cars at Sudeley Castle on Saturday and over 200 cars at Prescott on Sunday.
