The 50th Anniversary of Marcos. Prescott - Sunday 16th August 2009
1959 - 2009
The 50th Anniversary of Marcos at Prescott will be the biggest collection of Marcos cars ever, surpassing even the heydays in the 70's at Donnington.....
We hope to have virtually every Marcos model made on display including race cars and the obscure, and the hill will be open to all Marcos's for most of the day for owners and enthusiasts to drive the famous circuit.
For anyone who isn't familiar with Prescott, this is a superb venue in the heart of Gloucestershire, the home of the Bugatti Owners Club. Prescott is one of the country's foremost hill climb circuits and has been running for over 80 years.
There are full catering facilities on site which will be available all day, and excellent viewing areas for both the hill and the paddock. The paddock will be open to everybody to see the cars close up and chat with famous Marcos faces. The Bugatti Museum will also be open - a must for any car enthusiast.
