Yes it is in the pipeline. TBH, I preferred my drive in the Convertible prototype to the Coupe. Even though the conv. was used as the production test assembly car, so had been taken to bits and re-assembled more times than a Lego set, and rattled a bit because of it.
Also, seeing as the Griffith/Chimaera owners are one of the most important customer target groups for Marcos, and the fact that Tony is a big Griffith fan, you can bet that the Convertible will be out sooner rather than later. It may be a year or two away though, as they've got the Coupe and Targa customers to provide cars for at the moment.
I have to say that the launch of the Targa as well as the Coupe at the same time surprised me a bit, I thought they'd release the Coupe, then the Targa, then the Convertible.
So, to answer your question, yes, but not just yet.
