V6, steel chassis, Yellow = WNR xxx J

Guys,

Many years ago, a mate of mine in Harrogate owned a Yellow V6 engined, Steel chassis Marcos.

We did some work on it , on the street. Stripped it down, painted the chassis, blue Hammerite ( Without removing the body ) - Pete also did quite a lot of work on the engine & it was "quite pokey" when he sold it.

Anyway I found some pics of it today.

Yes it is my Taimar ( sharp eyes !)..

It was never as quick as the Marcos & IMHO Not as pretty.

The neighbours got used to us. I had a Morris Manor with a Fiat twincam when I moved in. & Pete got a Ducati after the Marcos.
