14000miles car with chassis welding? @ebay

one owner car from 1971, which was used only twice in the rain, which has only 14000miles...and the chassis has been already patch-welded in a small area...sounds a bit strange to me....

It's made out of box tube, the stuff on the floor of my garage that is dry is rusty after a year. Unless it was galvanised I'd be surprised if there is not more that needs doing.
