Sun / Beach in October

Does anyone have any recommendations for an all-inclusive beach holiday in October? For 2 adults.
We haven't really been away for about 4 years due to COVID and a load of family stuff and recently things have come to a head and assuming things work out in the next few months, we are just going to bite the bullet and go away.
We usually head towards the Caribbean, but I know that the rainy season is around then. We loved Mexico, but wouldn't prefer not to go to the same place twice.
Requirements are 10 - 14 days with a beach and "enforced downtime" and minimal rushing about, stress and worrying about expenses etc. so no city breaks.
We are considering Mauritius, but we have a lot of family there and it may become 2 weeks of being carted around from relative to relative.
