St Moritz to Lake Garda.....accomodation

Our family holiday this year is driving from the UK down to Maranello over 11 days. We will be driving down in my Porsche 930 and would like to spend a night in St. Moritz before tackling an alpine pass along the way to Lake Garda.

I am basically looking for a small family run, family friendly hotel near or in St. Moritz. Also after a place to stay the following night preferably on the Italian side of one of the more scenic Alpine passes.

There must be some Alpine Hooners on here who can help me earn some husband/dad points that I can redeem for a pass out to next years LeMans Classic. Any and all suggestions gladly accepted.
