Any bar recommendations for Paris/Barca/Milan?

Hi

Incredibly vague question coming up.....

Im off on a bit of a europe road trip next week with some friends, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a few bars/restaurants in the following places (we will only have a very short time in each place so this will be very helpful). Nothing too mega expensive please

Paris/Biarritz/Barcelona/Milan/Berlin

In Paris, pop into Culture Biere on Champs Eleysse(please excuse the poor spelling,its early and im nearing the end of a 12hr night shift here....!)

Walk down from Arc de Triomphe towards Louvre,its about 1/4 of the way down on the right. you cant miss it really.

Do some lovely beers,and the beer cocktails are surprisingly nice. Sit at the bar if you can, or if the weather is kind,grab a seat outside on the street and do a spot of people watching.

I did this a few months ago, and went back everyday!

Milan - go to Bera area, round the back of the Dumo about 20 min wal. Great bars one of which if you have a drink they have a free buffet.
