Holiday Destination Suggestions for November

Hi Folks,
Im trying to arrange a holiday for my parents in November this year.
They are looking for somewhere nice and hot with nice facilities - anywhere in the world is OK.
Was thinking about Barbados but the weather charts show it could be dodgy? Anyone with experience of this destination who can help?
They went to Dubai early this year and got unlucky with a few days of rain, so any helpful sugestions welcome as they dont want a repeat of that!!!
