Kansas City - Anybody been?

Trying to sort out my stag do, and I'm not going to head for the eastern Europe 'drinkathon' venues, so I needed somewhere to go and a reason to go there. Step forward Kansas City!

So the reason is that I'm a huge NFL fan and my team, the Raiders are in town that weekend. However, I've no idea what else there is to do there, so has anybody here been or does anybody know a decent resource for info on the City?
