Has anyone ever done the mystery holidays from Wowcher? Or even someone who’s done it?

The premise is probably that there’s a few decent ones and a whole load of dross. Knowing my luck I’d end up in Blackpool.

I’d love anyone’s experience but I suspect in here I’m looking at the wrong demographic.

I used to work with a girl who did it. She said it was alright but I think it’s pretty crap overall - location is usually off plot, flight times are awkward. It sounds good on paper but I think there’s a reason it’s so cheap.

We did a hotel once . We knew the destination and flight,it was Rome. We just gambled the Hotel.

It was magnificent. I am too old to try my luck a second time now though.

My daughter went on a 2 night mystery holiday with them in 2024 - went to Morocco. She enjoyed it.

It would probably be amusing if you had plenty of time on your hands like a student or an OAP, but if you were using your annual holiday allowance on the trip then there's lots of value destinations where you know what you're getting.

Perhaps if they do weekend ones you could do them for a laugh if they were cheap enough and you'd not waste your holiday if it was poor.
