Club suite Heathrow-Tokyo

I'm on BA0005 1150 from Heathrow to HND in early December.

The club configuration is shown as 2-3-2, so I assume I'm on one of the few planes that haven't been upgraded?

From avoiding BA, I have currently got 4 trips booked with them .

Correct. All Club Suite equipped planes will show as a 1-2-1.

The 787-8's and 9's and the A380 are the last in the fleet to get the upgrades. BA5 is a 787-9 mainly.
