3 nights In Barcelona

Cerveseria Vaso de Oro, Ciudad Condal & El Xampanyet.
I was looking forward to visiting El Nacional when I was there a few weeks ago but I was disappointed but you might have a better experience if you fancy it.
Don't spend too much of your time around La Ramblas (it's not a true representation of the rest of the city). Barcelona is a fabulous place! Enjoy!

This place is just a short walk from the rambla but is a million miles away from the tourist traps you find there.
Its basically a locals tapas and cava bar - a bottle of decent cava for like five euros!

Restaurant-wise, Viana in the Gothic Quarter has been very good any time I've been, as is their other location (Gran Viana).
Looking out some other random recommendations I sent a friend a while back.
There is a very good craft beer selection in Barcelona, mostly in Eixample - Biercab, Garage, and a few others, and Kaederkold just off Las Ramblas is a good place to take a break.
La Whiskeria is one of the best whisky bars in Spain, does good cocktails, and is not far from Placa Catalunya.
For a burger, Anauco Gourmet (near Sagrada Familia) is hard to beat, and Chok is worth a look for cronuts..
Time permitting, I plan to visit a few of these when I'm there for a gig in a couple of weeks time..
