Comares / Torre del Mar - recommendations

Having seen a few of these posts deliver great recommendations I thought I’d give this a go. On a family holiday near Comares and looking for things to do, decent beaches and eateries.

Like quieter coves and beaches but appreciate that’s tough to find in peak summer here! Anyone have any tips?
