Just had an email from.Jet2 in relation to a compensation claim for delay due to staff sickness that they are now processing payouts after the Supreme Court found in favour of the Liptons that sickness was not classed as extraordinary and delays due to this fall under the compensation legislation.

Amazed they are being proactive and not making people sue them.

I had already put in claim and it was held pending outcome

Got to be honest, this was never a thread title I thought I’d ever read!
I was really hoping the tea business was branching out into the airline industry!
